No matter your goals, we have the right trainer to help you reach them.
Many of our trainers offer private lessons! Our specialties vary so check out our bios below and feel free to reach out if you’re unsure who would be the right fit for you. First, you will book a consultation through the appointments section of our portal to chat about the goals for you and your dog. Your trainer will then make a training plan and you can schedule in person sessions as needed. Please know, our goal is efficiency with your training time not to lock you into packages but it is unusual for cases to be resolved in a single session.
We are also happy to help you find your next dog. Whether its selecting a breed and finding a breeder or finding the right shelter dog for you, we’re happy to help! Just schedule a consult.
Rates:
Consult - $25
Basic Training - $100 per hour
Behavior Modification - $130 per hour
There will be an additional mileage fee for appointments over 20mi from the facility.

Eric and Laura Berg
Eric and Laura Berg have been active in the Roanoke and New River Valley dog sport communities since 2005. Our main sports are Flyball and Barn Hunt. We are also active competitors in scent work, racing, coursing, agility, and disc. We have owned quite a few dogs including Silken Windhounds, Brittany Spaniels, a Russian Toy, and all kinds and sizes of mixes. A few of our dogs are the top competitors of their breed in these sports. We were the owners of Fido Fitness and are the owners of Heads or Tails Flyball club. We are founding members of the Jam-Min' Dog Sports Barn Hunt club out of Pilot Mountain, NC. We have a strong interest in dog fitness, too. We enjoy training both owners and their dogs for these sports.

Kate Reynolds
Kate is one of our newest trainers. When she isn’t training other people’s dogs, She never misses an opportunity to get out in the woods and do some hiking with her own dogs. She has a passion for helping dogs work through problem behaviors and fears with their owners. She loves seeing their gears turn as they think through things and seeing clients build and grow bonds through training and working with their dogs. She’s working her way towards certification while getting her feet wet in dog sports with her younger dogs Ripley and Arrow.
